As a side note, went to a lecture given by Peter De Seve. Then afterwards had dinner with Peter, Rick Lovell, Ester Wilson, Jack Davis, and Theo Rudnak!! I learned so very much from all of these great minds it was a real treat.

New Shoes

It is so fun painting on wood. I typically paint very thick on canvas. This is a very welcomed change for me to paint thinly on the smooth wood. Plus the wood smells so good in the studio. I used polycrylic to seal this, it gives the piece a really nice glow. More to come very soon!
